Take a liter of water in a pan/kettle

Add 1 tsp of cumin seeds to the kettle

Add 1 tsp of coriander seeds

Add 1 tsp of fennel seeds

Let this water simmer at low for 6-8 minutes

Switch off stove and let the water cool

Sieve it into a glass/metal bottle
